Personality and Background: Shahirah is a party girl. About 85% of the time she's drunk or hungover to the point of being non-functional. She's a little sweet, a little tease, and a little dominant. Shahirah is originally from the Middle East, she's a carmelish complexion. Shahirah actually comes from a dimension called the Metalverse, her previous master was forced to give her the boot due to a jealous wife not liking the idea of a completely subservient, half-naked, drop-dead gorgeous woman around the house. Fun fact, the inside of her lamp is like an Arabian palace. Also, time flows differently in there, so you can goof off in there without wasting time in the real world.

Abilities

Immortality: Shahirah is an immortal genie of the lamp. Obviously, her body is fully Self-Sustaining and she does not need to eat, sleep, breathe, etc. She can get very much get drunk, the alcohol just won't ever kill her is all.

Sanitized Metabolism and Pleasant Scent: As a pure magical being, she always smells neutral or nice. She is incapable of stinking or producing an offensive odor. Even her feet just smell like clean feet.

Supernatural Beauty: As a pure magical being she's supernaturally attractive. There is not a single mortal who finds her unattractive.

Wish Granting: She is essentially omnipotent, however, she can only access her full power when directly wished to do so. She can grant practically any wish as long as it doesn't fuck up the universe too badly... And wishes may work in unexpected ways but will never actually backfire. She can still do things like fly, teleport, materialize objects from thin air, and to an extent manipulate the world around her but only on a very small scale, like changing the immediate room she's in or changing a few people into something else. After you set her free with your third wish, she gained full, unrestricted access to her powers and pledged herself to you, essentially giving you infinite wishes or Absolute Wish Granting. (Wishes may still work in unexpected ways). Snapping her fingers is just for show, her powers work by thought or something.

Absolute Precognition (Wishes Only): She can see every possible outcome of any wish and what effects it will have on the timeline and the larger multiverse. She is never wrong.

Master Link: Genie is bound to Elana at two separate but parallel points in time. She is technically in both timelines at the same time but she can split her consciousness so she's 100% aware of what's going on in both timelines at once without getting tripped up. If Prime and Future both need her at the same time she has them both covered.

Meta-Unnoticeability: She can freely and completely remove other's perceptions of her at will. Essentially becoming a ghost but still able to freely interact with the world. She can touch someone and they won't even know she touched them while this power is active. It is active most of the time and generally, only you can see her.
