If it's raining her range extends from touch to basically anyone getting rained on, as she can arc her power from her body along the raindrops to zap multiple people at a distance. This forms visible arcs of lightning, but it's still rarely lethal unless someone has a weak heart. She's yet to kill anyone and the only people she ever even knocked out were wet.
